Refund Policy

We will happily replace, repair, or issue credit for, any goods which are defective owing to a Truefitt & Hill (Gentleman's Grooming) Ltd. error, e.g. product damaged, faulty texture or fragrance, wrong product shipped, faulty device/container product. Please send us back your products within 28 days of delivery. We will refund the cost of standard return delivery and send you a replacement order free of delivery charge.

If you require a full refund of your order because of a Truefitt & Hill (Gentleman's Grooming) Ltd. error, e.g. product damaged, faulty texture or fragrance, wrong product shipped, faulty device/container product please send us back your products within 28 days of delivery . We will give you a full refund, including the delivery costs - provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original condition.

Refunds will only be made against the original debit/credit card used.

You must retain proof of postage for all returns.

For hygiene purposes, any toiletry items that have been opened or used for any reason may not be returned unless faulty.
